Under the Direction of our Managing Director, Derek Bradshaw, we provide a range of CDM support services to our key Clients including Principal Designer, Client CDM-Advisors and site audit services. We employ a number of highly qualified and capable consultants to deliver these key services.

About our Consultants

Derek Bradshaw MCIAT CMaPS ACIOB

Derek is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists  MCIAT and a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety CMaPS as well as an Associated of the Chartered Institute of Building ACIOB.

He has over 40 years construction experience within Local Authorities and the Private Sector. His previous roles included Head of Landscape and Building Design for Liverpool City Council and Divisional Manager with Mouchel in both 2020 Liverpool and 2020 Knowsley.

He is currently the Regional Chairperson for the NW Region of the Association for Project Safety and sits on the National Council and also on the NW Committee of the Construction Industry Council.

He has a vast range of project experience including schools, healthcare, industrial, chemical and commercial and has acted a Lead Principal Designer on a number of high prestige projects across the UK including Proton Beam Installation works, TV and film studios and initially on the Mersey Gateway to name but a few.

John Davies CMLI Dip LA Pgc Urban Design AaPS

John is a Chartered member of the Landscape Institute. His Professional background is Landscape Architecture and Urban Design.

He has over 45 years experience working in the Natural & Built environments within Local Authorities and the Private Sector. His previous roles included Principal Landscape Architect for Liverpool City Council from 2000-2003. He set up from scratch a new Landscape Architecture & Urban Design Team within a joint venture of 2020 Liverpool-Mouchel from 2003-2006 and was at the forefront of the Public Realm improvements leading upto the Capital of Culture initiative in Liverpool.

Recognised for his troubleshooting abilities John was instrumental in improving operational delivery of Liverpool City Council’s Environmental Enforcement Team implementing innovative means of Enforcement activity including educational initiatives during his tenure in 2007-2009 as Environmental Enforcement Manager.

The role required regular monthly progress meetings with the Deputy Chief Executive and other Heads of Service with an interest in Enforcement activity.

He also has skills and experience in Resource & Programme Management with 2020 Knowsley a Joint Venture between Knowsley MBC-Mouchel in 2009-2011.

Recently he has worked in Construction Health & Health Safety specialising in Compliance documentation Inspection and Site Safety Auditing  having completed over 500 inspections across a vast range of projects including schools, healthcare, industrial, chemical and commercial and has acted a Lead Principal Designer on a number of high prestige projects across the UK
