We are capable of undertaking a range of Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 services including the following:

 

Principal Designer

As professionally qualified designers we meet the requirements of the Regulations to act as Principal Designers on projects and embedding the principles of Design Risk Management within the design process.

 

Principal Designer CDM Advisors

Providing support and specialist CDM and H&S advice to Principal Designers to ensure they are compliant with the Regulations

 

Client CDM-Advisors

We are able to offer Clients support in ensuring they and their appointed duty holders comply with the requirements of CDM and provide an audit trail to evidence this

 

Site Safety Audits

We are able to undertake site specifc compliance audits using our bespoke software to evidence site compliance and to identify any shortcomings that should be addressed. We are more than happy to undertake this function for Clients and Contractors

 

Bespoke Project Documents

To ensure Duty Holder meet their obligations under CDM we are capable of producing a range of project specific documents including:

  • Pre-Construction Information (PCI) documents
  • Submitting F10 Forms to the HSE on behalf of the Client
  • Producing Construction Phase Plans on behalf of Principal Contractors and Contractors
  • Reviewing Construction Phase Plans and advising Clients on suitability of same
  • Providing monthly compliance reports to Clients
  • Compiling Health and Safety Files and reviewing Operation and Maintenance information upon Practical Completion
